Temperature testing system

 

一、产品特点及用途

    本产品采用密封绝缘和护套优于绕包编织的工艺结构,一般用聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套补偿导线,具有优良的防潮,耐磨和阻燃性能。耐热用氟塑料绝缘和护套补偿导线连续挤出工艺,更有耐高温、低温、耐酸、耐碱、耐油、耐磨、耐老化,防水不燃烧等优良性能。产品质量高于国家标准GB/T 4989-94(等效IEC584-3)的规定,热电动势允差均达A级精度。

    热电偶补偿导线用以延伸热电偶冷端,与显示仪表连接构成测温系统。

    本质安全防爆测温系统用热电偶补偿导线采用低电容、低电感结构,除具有上述热电偶补偿导线的性能外,还具有防爆安全性能。

本安热电偶补偿导线适应于有爆炸危险的环境及防爆安全性能要求较高的场合延伸防爆热电偶冷端与防爆测温仪表相连接,构成本质安全热电偶测温系统。

Ⅰ. Characteristics and application

The structure of product is sealed insulation and sheath, which is better than wrapped braiding one. PVC insulated and sheathed extension wire for general use has good features of moisture-proof, resistance to wearing and fire. Heat-resistance extension wire with fluoroplastic insulation and sheath is manufactured by new process of continuous extrusion. Its excellent properties include resistance to high temperature, low temperature, acid, soda, oil, wearing, aging, flame and water. The quality of the products is better than the requirement of national standard GB/T4989-94 (equivalent to international standard IEC584-3). Thermocouple allowance can reach A class precision degree.

The role of extension wire used in thermocouple is to stretch the clamp of thermocouple and connect with instrument to form a temperature testing system.

Extension wire used in thermocouple for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature testing system has a structure with low capacitance and inductance. Explosion-proof is its characteristics besides those in extension wire used in thermocouple.

The product is suitable for using in dangerous environment and places where high explosion-proof safety condition is required. The cold clamp of explosion-proof thermocouple is extended to connect with explosion-proof temperature testing system instrument, which forms intrinsically safe temperature testing system.

 

二、产品执行标准

GB/T 4989-94   企业标准   等效采用IEC 584-3 标准

三、使用特性:

 1.使用温度:耐热级:氟塑料最高200℃和260℃两种;

              普通级:聚氯乙烯最高70℃和105℃两种,交联聚乙烯90℃,

                      无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃70℃,交联型90℃和125℃。

 2.最低环境温度:

    聚氯乙烯等绝缘和护套导线:固定敷设-40℃

                              非固定敷设-15℃

氟塑料绝缘和护套导线:固定敷设-60℃

                      非固定敷设-20℃

 3.最小弯曲半径:

    聚氯乙烯等绝缘和护套:                   氟塑料绝缘和护套:

    平行式:不小于补偿导线厚度的6倍         不小于补偿导线厚度的10倍

对绞式:不小于补偿导线外径的6倍         不小于补偿导线外径的10倍

Ⅲ. Characteristics

 1. Operating temperature:

    Heat-resistant class: Fluoroplastics: The highest 200℃ and 260℃ two types

    General class: PVC: The highest 70℃ and 105℃ two types, Cross-linked polyethylene 90℃,

               Halogen-free and low smoke flame-proof polyolefin 70℃,

               Cross-linked type 90℃ or 125℃。

 2. The lowest environment temperature:

    PVC insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying     -40℃

                           Non-fixed deploying  -15℃

    Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying     -60℃

                                    Non-fixed deploying  -20℃

 3. Minimum bending radius

    PVC insulation and sheath

    Parallel type: No smaller than 6 times of the thickness of extension wire.

Twisted type: No smaller than 6 times of the outer diameter of extension wire.

Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath

Parallel type: No smaller than 10 times of the thickness of extension wire.

Twisted type: No smaller than 10 times of the outer diameter of extension wire.

 3. 与K分度号热电偶连接的延长型精密级本安用补偿导线,最高使用温度105℃,聚丙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套,单股导体,铝塑复合带绕包屏蔽,每根导体标称截面为1.5mm2
