一、 产品特点及用途
本产品具有较高的耐火能力,当火灾发生后或被测温度较高时避免因线间绝缘性能损坏,而使电缆的功能破坏或报废。
适用于各种火灾危险较大,被测温度较高的场合使用的热电偶补偿导线和补偿电缆。
Ⅰ. Characteristics and Application
The product has better fire-resistant function. When fire is on or the testing temperature very high, the cables can sill function well, without being affected by the damage of insulation.
It is suitable to be used in the places where tested temperature is high.

三、 使用特性
1.电缆最高长期工作温度
阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套 70℃和105℃两种
氟塑料绝缘和护套 200℃和260℃两种
氟塑料绝缘和105℃阻燃聚氯乙烯护套 105℃
交联聚乙烯绝缘 90℃
无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃绝缘和护套 70℃
无卤低烟阻燃交联聚烯烃绝缘和护套 90℃和125℃两种
2.最低环境温度
阻燃聚氯乙烯等绝缘和护套: 固定敷设 -40℃
非固定敷设 -15℃
氟塑料绝缘和护套: 固定敷设 -60℃
非固定敷设 -20℃
3.电缆最低敷设温度
聚氯乙烯等护套电缆: 不低于0℃
氟塑料护套电缆: 不低于-25℃
4. 敷设允许弯曲半径
非铠装、联锁或编织电缆应不小于电缆外径的6倍;铜带屏蔽或钢丝钢带缠绕铠装电缆应不小于电缆外径的12倍;氟塑料绝缘和护套电缆应不小于电缆外径的8倍

Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: 200℃ and 260℃ two types
Fluoroplastic insulation and 105℃ PVC sheath: 105℃
Cross- linked polyethylene: 90℃
Halogen-free and low smoke flame-proof polyolefin: 70℃
Halogen-free and low smoke flame-proof cross-linked polyolefin: 90℃ and 125℃ two types
2. The lowest environment temperature
PVC insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying -40℃
Non-Fixed deploying -15℃
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying -60℃
Non-Fixed deploying -20℃
3. The lowest deploying temperature of cable: PVC sheath: Not under 0℃
Fluoroplastic sheath: Not under -25℃
4. Permited bending radius of deploying
Not smaller than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable without armour with interlocking or braiding armour. Not smaller than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable with steel wire winding or steel tape wrapping armour or copper tape shield. Not smaller than 8 times of the outer diameter of the cable with fluoroplastic insulation and sheath.
四、 主要技术指标
热电偶用耐火补偿导线、电缆其主要技术指标与热电偶用补偿导线所用的合金丝材料,绝缘和护套颜色、使用分类、精度等级以及热电动势,允差及往复电阻均相同。其耐火指标如表1所示:

The main technical parameters of heat-resistant extension wire and cable used in thermocouple such as material of conductor, color of insulation and sheath, application classification, precision degree, heat voltage, allowance and reciprocating resistance are the same as those of extension wire. 五、 基本型号及名称
热电偶用耐火补偿导线电缆的型号和名称的表示方法与热电偶用补偿导线、电缆的表示方法相同,仍然由热电偶型号、等级标号、结构代号构成。
热电偶用耐火补偿导线、电缆的结构代号与一般补偿导线、电缆不同的是在结构代号前加“N-”表示耐火,如:N-VV、N-FF、N-FV等,其它均相同。其结构代号如下表所示。
Ⅴ. Basic type and product name
Identification method of fire-resistant extension wire and cable used in thermocouple is the same as that of extension wire and cable. Identification consists of type of thermocouple, precision degree mark and structure code.
The difference of structure code between fire-resistant extension wire and cable used in thermocouple and general use wire and cable is that “N-” is put in the front of code to indicate fire-resistance. For example, N-VV、N-FF、N-FV. Following is the structure code.

与KX型热电偶连接精密级无屏蔽的耐火补偿导线(电缆)基本型号和名称如表3所示。其他的型号和名称可根据表2所列其它结构来确定。
The basic type and product name of precision degree, no shield, fire-resistant extension wire (cable) used in KX thermocouple is showed in table 3. Other type and product name can be defined on the basis of other structure code listed in table 2.
