Plastic insulated concentric conductor power cables
with rated voltages 0.6/1kV
该屏蔽兼零线电缆适用于具有对称负荷的三相四线、三相五线线路以及需要防干扰接地,带信号而具有不对称相零负荷的线路,还可以作为高精密度电子设备的馈线用。
This product is applicable to being used in symmetric loaded three-phase four-wire circuit, three-phase five-wire circuit, the asymmetric phase zero loaded circuit which need signal and anti-interference earthing. And it can be used as the feeder lines of high precision electronic equipments.
由于同心式导体电缆其独特的结构,其同心式导体不但可以作为零线或接地线,而且具有优异的屏蔽性能,可改善普通式低压电力电缆抗干扰性能和以及对相邻电气或控制线路的干扰危害问题,可广泛应用电站、电厂、高层建筑、遂道、地铁、计算机机房等场所。
The concentric conductors have good performance on the shielding properties as the zero-line/earth-line because of the special structure of concentric cables. The interference problems of control circuit and neighbouring electric will be solved because the anti-interference performance of concentric cables is better than that of the common cables. This products can be used in power station, power plant, high-rise building, tunnel, subway, computers' room etc.
输送电力时,不会对周围电气设备产生干扰;也消除了外来电磁干扰对连接在本电缆上的电气设备的影响,能避免强大雷电磁效应电压所导致的击穿或损坏,提高了高层建筑避雷效果和可靠性; 能提高线路首端过流保护装置的灵敏度,使电缆及接在其上的电器设备得到有效的保护; 具有较低且均匀的正(逆)序和零序阻抗,有利于改善铜电品质。
There is no interference on the surounding electrical equipments, when power transmitting. The electromagnetic interference on the electrical equipments connected with the cable can be removed. It can improve lightning capacity of the high-rise becauce it can avoid puncture or damage causing by electromagnetic efficiency voltage. It can improve the sensitivity of overcurrent petector on the head of the cable, which can protect the cable and the electrical equipments. It can rise transmitting condition because of low and even positive (negative)- sequence impedance and zero-sequence impedance.

The maximum system voltage which the equipments can be beared
电缆的额定电压应适合电缆所在系统的运行条件。为了便于选择电缆,将系统划分为下列三类:
The rated voltage of cable shall be applicable to system operation condition where the cable lain in. According to cable selecting, the system will be described as 3 types as follow:
——A类:任一相导体与地或接地导体接触时,能在1min内与系统隔离。
System category A —When any phase of cable conductor is contacting with earth conductor, the cable will be isolated with the system.
——B类:可在单相接地故障时作短时运行,但任何情况下不宜超过8h,每年接地故障总持续时间不宜超过125h。
System category B—The system is allowed to run for 8 hours, when the single-phase earth fault is existing. And the total earth-fault time of 1 year won't be above 125 hours.
——C类:包括不属于A类和B类的系统。
System categoryC —They are including all systems besides A and B.
注:在系统接地故障不能立即自动解除时,故障期间加在电缆绝缘上过高的电场强度,会在一定程度上缩短电缆寿命。如系统预期会经常地运行在持久的接地故障状态下,该系统应划为C类。
When the system earth fault can't be removed automatically, the life of cable will be shortened in some degree because of the over-high electric stess beared by cable insulation.
用于三项系统的电缆,U0的推荐值见表1。

2、 导体额定工作温度The rated temperature of conductor
电缆导体的最高额定工作温度为:交联聚乙烯绝缘90℃,聚氯乙烯绝缘70℃.
The maximum assigned temperature of the cable conductor is : XLPE insulated is 90℃, PVC insulated is70℃.
短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体的最高温度不超过: 交联聚乙烯绝缘250℃, 聚氯乙烯绝缘160℃。
During having a short circuit, lasting less than 5 seconds, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above: XLPE insulated is 250℃, PVC insulated is160℃
3、 敷设环境温度Ambient temperature for laying
电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于0℃,否则需要事先预热。
During the cable laying, the ambient temperature must be above 0℃,if not the cable need be preheated.
4、 安装弯曲半径The bend radius
安装时电缆最小弯曲半径见表2.
The minimum bending diameter must be above the following standard:

5、 敷设方式
电缆没有敷设落差限制。There is no limit of head drop during the cable laying.
电缆允许敷设在室内、室外、空气中和土壤中,允许局部有积水。
The cable may be laid in indoor, outdoor, air and soil. The cable may be immersed in water locally.
电缆敷设方式可以是隧道、管道、电缆沟、桥架、排管,铠装电缆允许直埋地下,钢丝铠装电缆允许垂直敷设。
The cable may be laid in tunnel, pipe, trench, conduit and on cable bridge. The amoured cable can be laid undergroud, and the wire- amoured cable can be laid vertically.
单芯电缆不允许敷设在磁性金属管内。
The single core cable mustn't be laid in the magnetic metal pipes.
电缆敷设环境应有良好的散热条件。
The enviroment of cable laying shall be in good heat dissipation condition.
6、 电缆敷设时导体最大允许牵引力和电缆最大允许侧压力
The maxium allowed haul-off force and lateral pressure of cable
导体最大允许牵引力计算方法:he calculating method of the maxium allowed haul-off force :
——铜导体:F=70×S(N/mm2)。
——铝导体:F=40×S(N/mm2)。
侧压力计算方法:the calculating method of the maxium allowed lateral pressure:
P=F÷R(N/m),最大允许侧压力不超过3000N/m。the maxium allowed lateral pressure≤3000N/m
式中:F-牵引力,N;lateral pressure
S-导体截面,mm2;conductor section
P-侧压力,N/m;lateral pressure
R-电缆弯曲半径,m。Bend radius
7、 电缆运输和保管要求the requirements on transportation and storage:
电缆盘不允许平放。The cable reels shall not be delivered and stored in flat state
运输中严禁从高处扔下装有电缆的电缆盘,严禁机械损伤电缆。It is strictly forbidden to push the cable reel from the high level in order to prevent the cable from damages
电缆如果需要分段使用,电缆分段后必须用防水封帽将电缆头密封,防止进水。
If the cable should be used sectionally, the head of the cable must be sealed in order to prevent water intake.

1、导体 conductor
导体应是符合GB/3956 的第一种或第2种裸退火铜导体或镀金属层退火铜导体,或这两种之一的裸铝导体或铝合金导体;或者第5种裸铜导体或镀金属层退火铜导体。
The conductor shall meet the first one of the requirement of GB/3956 or the second one of that, that is bare anneal copper conductor, or bare aluminium conductor or aluminium alloy, or the fifth one of that, that is bare copper conductor or metal coated anneal copper conductor.
2、绝缘insutation
绝缘应紧密挤包在导体上,且应容易剥离而不损伤绝缘体、导体或镀层。
The insulation layer shall be extruded on the conductor, and it shall be easy to be stripped without damages on insulation, conductor and coating layer.
3、隔离套(有铠装电缆)Inner sheath(Armoured cables)
采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚乙烯(PE)挤包在缆芯上。
The separated sheath is the extruding PVE or PE on the cable cores.
4、同心导体 concentration conductor
同心导体采用圆铜丝,同心导体的尺寸、物理性能及电阻值等应符合GB/T 3956规定。
The materials of concentric conductor shall be round copper wires, whose physical performance and resistance shall accord with GB/T 3956.
5、铠装 Amour
多芯电缆采用镀锌钢带或镀锌钢丝,用于交流回路的单芯电缆采用非磁性金属带或金属丝。
金属带采用双层间隙绕包,金属丝采用多根同心绞合。
The amour of the multiple cable shall be zinc-plated steel tape or wire, but the amour of the single cable uesed in AC circuit shall be non-magnetic metal-tape or metal-wire. The tappering mode of metal tape should adopt double layer open tappering, and the mode of metal wire shall mutiple concentric stranding.
注:大量事实证明,采用某种特殊结构铠装(如添加铜丝的隔磁结构)的单芯电缆用于交流回路时均出现电缆发热导致载流量大为下降的现象,所以不推荐采用。
Note: A large number of facts show that the single cable with the special structure amour in the AC circuit exists the heating phenomenon, thus causing the reduction of current capacity. The manufacturer don't suggest to adopt this kind cable.
6、外护套outer sheath
采用ST2型聚氯乙烯护套料或ST7型聚乙烯(PE)护套料挤包在铠装、同心导体上。
The materials of outer sheath are extruding ST2 PVCor ST7 PV on amour, insulation or cable cores.
7、成品电缆的标志Cable marks
成品电缆的外护套表面印有厂名、型号、额定电压、芯数、标称截面和米数的连续标志。
The outer sheath of the cable shall have the following information printed at regular intervals throughtout the length of the cable: Manufacturer's Name, Type of cable, Rated Voltage, the numbers of cores, Sectional Area and Meters Number of Continuous Marks.
